What’s your story?

How do I do this in a 100 words? Firstly, I am not my story. I think we all become very attached to the path we have walked and create the illusion of who we think we are. However I will share my life’s experience. Unhealed trauma in my childhood spiralled me into dysfunction in my adulthood which manifested in relations, health and career. The breakdown of my body forced me to heal this unhealed trauma so I could thrive and create a life for myself, one of wholeness. I now help others do the same.

What excites you most about your industry?

That the work I do is unique. No one is offering the level of calibration I offer to my clientele. I am excited for the gap we have yet to fill. So many women are chasing rather than attracting the life they desire, I am here to help them calibrate to that vibration so they can manifest it with ease. I am excited for the legacy’s that are yet to be born.

What drives you in business to push beyond what other people consider normal?

Nothing drives me. I am committed to myself. I can not be a leader if I am not willing to pave the way. That requires me to live in example. I lead a life where all areas of my life are vibrating at a higher frequency, that is my drive. To show other women that we are the change.

What have been the most useful skills you have learnt and applied in your journey?

Honestly life is my greatest teacher. I continue to learn and apply every single day. I believe the greatest leaders are willing to learn not just from the mistakes of their own path but also the wisdom of others. They are willing to lead and be led.

What’s the best piece of advice you ever received?

Be yourself. The most authentic thing you can do for your company is to be who you are. There’s so many people trying to mould us into who we are not, attached to a stigma of what a entrepreneur is. But what makes you shine is that you are you, so just be yourself.

Who inspires you?

Me. I am my greatest inspiration. I am in awe of everything I’ve come through and my commitment to alchemise all my experiences into gold for my clientele. I aim to be inspired through who I am as a being each and every day.

What have you learnt recently that blew you away?

My capability. I’ve just gone through a really challenging time and it made me realise my true capability. I came to realise my potential. It is through our most adverse times, we realise who we really are.

If you had your time again, what would you do differently?

Nothing. Honestly! Every single part of my experience has led me to become the beautiful women, leader and coach that I am today and I wouldn’t change a thing. The only thing I would do different is to love myself more.

How do you unwind?

My favourite thing to do is connect to a power higher than myself. Be in stillness. Just be in the nothingness. That is where I get my greatest ideas.

What is a major mindset change, belief shift or ‘ah ha’ moment that you’ve experienced in relation to your business?

That everyone’s path is unique. What may take someone a year, it may take another two. That there is there no right or wrong way, there is only the unfolding of your unique path and that is perfect.

Everyone in business should read this book:

The Truth of Trauma. Of course I have to stand by my own work. It is the bible of a new era, it will create ripples for the next generation. This book is a must have if you’re willing to lead with integrity. It will give you all the tools and resources you need to lead from love.
