Helena spent many years traveling and working in diverse roles before discovering her vocation which she has now turned into a business helping other people in their aspiration to improve their lives.

What’s your story?
My entire career history felt like a big search to find my purpose which has taken me across many different careers in various industries, roles and continents including event planning, sales, account management, marketing, fundraising and even teaching yoga – across Europe, Asia and Australasia. So many different roles in different places but all linked by a common passion for diving deep into other people’s worlds. And this curiosity in the human psyche finally led me to coaching, studying with some of the world’s leading human development experts, and then creating my own process for human change which incorporates transformation of the body, subconscious and conscious mind.

What excites you most about your industry?
The field of personal development is so exciting. With the advancement of neuroscience and new discoveries about who we are, how we operate and how we relate to others and the world itself, we can be so much more precise about how we create lasting change and transformation. More and more people are waking up to the fact that uncovering their own limiting belief patterns is the springboard to having a more fulfilling life. I feel grateful every single day to do what I do and serve other people.

What’s your connection to Asia?
I’ve lived in Singapore for the last 7 years and now call it home. In fact it’s the only home my formidable children (who are now 2 and 5) have ever known!

Favourite city in Asia for business and why?
Singapore. I’m biased because it’s my home 😉 But if I had to pick another place I adore it would be Bali. A few times a year I visit to run retreats and I love the vibe, the people and the food.

What’s the best piece of advice you ever received?
I love this quote “Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”― Jalaluddin Rumi.

It’s so apt because all change starts from within. I would never be where I am today if I hadn’t invested thousands in my own healing and transformation process.

Who inspires you?
Anyone that shows up with authenticity, courage and takes massive chances inspires me! Especially my clients who are smashing it. I’ve had to overcome my own limiting beliefs over the years and I love witnessing people who show up unapologetically as themselves no matter what anyone else thinks.

What have you just learnt recently that blew you away?
Confession – I am a neuroscience/quantum physics geek and spend my free time consuming anything I can in these areas so I do spend a lot of time being blown away by what we’re learning about ourselves!! Something that really does fascinate me is the power of the human heart which is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the body and has an electrical field 60X greater than the brain. Researchers have discovered many more signals are being sent from the heart to the brain than the other way around. It’s so interesting because we’re taught to favour the guidance of the mind over our heart but research is telling us that our hearts hold a more intuitive, more powerful source of wisdom.

If you had your time again, what would you do differently?
I would have invested in a coach for myself earlier! I didn’t invest in my own coach until my 30s but when I look back and see the dividends I’ve reaped from having that support it would have helped me go further much faster.

How do you unwind?
A massage, meditation or a glass of wine with friends.

Favourite Asian destination for relaxation? Why?
Nikoi island in Indonesia. The most beautiful island paradise to relax and unwind.

Everyone in business should read this book:
“Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and Creating a Life of Well-Being, Wisdom, and Wonder” by Arianna Huffington

Shameless plug for your business:
If you are ready for more joy, freedom, contentment, peace … yet you feel there’s an invisible wall blocking you from any progress we need to talk.

My unique process utilises the full intelligence of the body, conscious mind and subconscious to help you remove any limiting beliefs, barriers to success and self sabotage.

Our subconscious mind controls us with a pre-programmed set of beliefs which are influencing our behaviour 95% of the time. Many coaches work just at the conscious level but using my combination of cutting edge hypnosis, NLP, CBT & somatic work you can rewire your subconscious which creates deep, lasting, impactful change.
