How did it all began?
Elton worked in a health beverage manufacturing company while his wife Cathy, a registered nurse with an international license, worked in a nursing home for the elderly. They realized how ironical that they were not feeling healthy and yet, they were in the health industry.

“The inspiration struck like lightning bolt when I saw a couple — about 70 to 80 years old, perhaps, happily jogging in the park as I was on my way to work, and I wondered, wow, here I am tired from the daily rigors of an 8 to 4 job, barely able to lift my legs in the morning, feeling exhausted from yesterday’s work and there is this couple, jogging, looking fit, radiant and energized!
