Phyto Science Sdn Bhd is a MLM company that promotes good health through live cell therapy and was incorporated in Malaysia in August 2012. Eighteen months after its inception, its sales revenue has surged to RM40million, making it one of the top MLM companies in Malaysia. The founder of Phyto Science is Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Lai Teck Peng a Malacca boy with an affable personality. He strongly believes that patience and years of perseverance are the essential attributes for success. From a humble beginning, he worked hard and displayed a steely determination to succeed. He ventured into the MLM industry by chance. His venture into MLM exposed him to people with diverse backgrounds and various marketing strategies.

Tan Sri Lai together with his wife Puan Sri Ela Tan later decided to establish their own company, Phyto Science Sdn Bhd in 2012. Tan Sri Lai brings with him more than 27 years of significant network marketing experience and a track record as a successful

network marketing entrepreneur as well as extensive leadership and operational management skills in global consumer-oriented businesses. He is also known for his capabilities and success in creating effective corporate systems, implementing key business strategies for Multi-Level Marketing companies, excellent aptitude in product development, procurement, management information system, as well as sales and marketing.

Phyto Science is a great success. With its famous slogan ‘We Are The Trend Maker’ the response from the market is overwhelming and the company grew rapidly. Phyto Science has since expanded its market beyond Malaysia to Singapore, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Philippines, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Macau, China, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, Brunei, Dubai and USA. Tan Sri Lai foresees that Phyto Science will continue to soar to greater heights and make inroads in the industry.

One such event is the ‘convoy drives’ for members to help to raise funds by showcasing their expensive sports cars during the drive.

On 26 November, 2013, Lai was bestowed the Darjah Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (SSAP) which carries the title Dato’ Sri by the Sultan of Pahang. On 6 June 2015, he was bestowed the PSM which carries the tittle Tan Sri by His Majesty The Yang diPertuan Agong.

Tan Sri Lai is very happy to note that with the setting up of Phyto Science, his mission of transforming families is slowly taking shape. Many new workers who work in other MLM companies are seeing the good opportunities that prevail in Phyto Science and many have joined the company. Tan Sri Lai intends to float his company in the OTC market in USA. He is also working towards an IPO of his company in one of Asia’s financial centres.
