I was born in St Petersburg, Florida. I grew up singing in church but never really realize my full potential as a singer, until I joined my group Parie which later became Special Generation. In the mid-to-late 80’s my group moved to Los Angeles California and hopes of Landing a record deal. At that particular time it didn’t happen. So we moved back to st. Pete. There we met MC Hammer while he was on tour. Hammer was really excited about meeting us as we were him because he was working on a new album at the time and had many ideas that could involve us. So he asked us to come on the road with him and record his album and the rest was history. That particular album “Please Hammer Don’t Hurt Em” sold a record 27 million copies both International and domestic. It brought forth records Like “U Can’t Touch This”, “Have you seen her”, “Dancing Machine” and many more. After spending years on the road my group finally recorded our LP entitled “Take it to the floor” which delivered hits such as “Love me just for me”,”Spark of love” and “You are everything”.  and this time we performed on a host of a ward shows such as the Grammys, American Music Awards, Bet awards, Soul Train Music Awards, MTV Music Awards. Performing on a host of shows as well such as the Oprah Winfrey Show, Arsenio Hall Show and more but being just an artist wasn’t fulfilling to me so I started writing and producing music. Years later I met Luis who was starting GIG Music Group and asked me to be a part of it. We worked with various artists until we met and signed a hungry and passionate artist named Skully. The rest is history.
