Inspired by Daniel Craig’s style as James Bond. Yves Shahar started his fashion venture in Shanghai because of its many opportunities.

What’s your story?
I’m half Taiwanese and half Israeli. I’ve attended twelve different schools in China, Taiwan, America, England, France and Switzerland. The rest of my story has yet to be written.

What excites you most about your industry?
There’s a misconception in fashion that you need to spend a lot of money to get the best quality and look good. I want to provide a simple, sophisticated and affordable wardrobe that’ll make anyone look their best.

What’s your connection to Asia?
My mother is Taiwanese. I also spent a large part of my upbringing here and went to school in Suzhou, Shanghai and Taipei.
